My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were barely there, like barely barely. The clothes themselves were fine, nothing wrong with them, but the delivery part was just annoying. I’m not sure I’d order again after that.

The box showed up crushed, and because the items weren’t packed very well inside, everything looked messy and not very protected. It made the whole order feel a lot less cared for.

I’ve found a few things on Coal N Terry that I actually really like, so I placed an order thinking, okay cool, everything’s available and I’m all set. Then later I got a message saying one of the pieces wasn’t actually in stock, and I was just kind of sitting there like… wait, wasn’t that the whole point of showing it as available?
It’s not like it ruined my week or anything, but it was definitely frustrating because I’d already gotten excited about it. I just wish the inventory updated faster so you don’t spend time ordering something that isn’t really there. Overall, not the worst experience, but yeah, annoying.

I ordered a hoodie from shopcoalnterry i’m happy with it. The site was easy to figure out, checkout was simple, and the order showed up around when they said it would. The quality feels good and the hoodie is cute, even though the fit was a little different than I expected. Not a big deal, I can still make it work. I’d only knock it down a bit because the shipping updates were a little slow, but overall it was a solid shopping experience

I was really surprised by the fit, it runs wayyy smaller than the size listed. I couldn’t make it work, so I ended up having to return it

Just going off the product pages, I wasn’t really sold. The descriptions kind of feel like they’re missing the important stuff, especially for the price. I’d want a clearer idea of the fit, fabric, and what I’m actually getting before ordering. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m sure I’d pass for now.

I sent my order back and the refund is taking way too long. They told me it was processing, but days keep going by and still nothing is showing up in my account.
Email replies are slow too, and when I do get answer, it feels like I’m just repeating same question again. It’s frustrating, especially since they already have the item back.

Maybe other people had better luck, but I don’t think I’ll order from them again. Refund process should not be this much of headache.

I’m kind of confused because it seemed okay at first, but after just one wash the fabric started feeling really cheap. I wasn’t expecting it to change that fast, so overall I’m not too happy with the quality

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just really off. It was tight in a few places and weirdly baggy in others, so it never felt right on. The fabric also started feeling rough after about 10 minutes of wearing it. I feel like this one might be hit or miss depending on your body type, but for me it was definitely a miss.

By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore. There weren’t clear updates or anything, just a lot of waiting around. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date

I ordered a custom item it just didn’t come out the way I thought it would. From the preview, I expected the design to be centered and cleaner, but when it arrived the placement looked off and kind of rushed.

The colors were another letdown for me. They looked much more faded in person than I expected, so the whole thing felt cheaper than it should have, especially for what I paid.

I did like a few of the styles on Coal N Terry, but the prices felt high for what you’re getting. And once shipping was added, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. The quality was okay, actually, it wasn’t bad, just not as nice as I expected for the price. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they were having a really good sale

I bought this because it was listed as vintage, but once it arrived, it just didn’t have that real vintage feel I was expecting. The tag looked newer, the stitching seemed too clean, the fabric didn’t have much age to it, and even the overall condition felt more like something recently made to look old rather than an actual older piece. Like, no natural wear, no real softness from age, no little details that usually make vintage feel special. Maybe I’m being picky and maybe I’m wrong, but it just wasn’t giving me authentic vintage at all. For the price, I was hoping for something that felt more genuine, so I was disappointed.

The exchange actually went through fine, it just took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, but I did wish the process had been a bit quicker.
